We're delighted to announce that Hermez will be joining the upcoming ZKSummit, an exciting online event of the zero-knowledge community that we’re proudly sponsoring. Jordi Baylina will be presenting a workshop on Circom circuits.
The ZK Summit is one of the biggest events of the zero-knowledge community worldwide, and we'd love to see you there. The event is hosted by Zero Knowledge, a podcast which goes deep into the tech that will power the emerging decentralized web and the community building it.
Anna Rose and Fredik Harrysson will host a 2-day event that will take place on the 23rd and 24th of November. It will be fully online, running between 16:30 - 21:00 CET. You can purchase your ticket here.
The event will cover the latest in zero-knowledge research, real-world applications of ZKPs as well as deep dives into cryptographic primitives, privacy, and maths.
ZK6 is made for researchers, cryptographers, practitioners, founders, and developers working on zero-knowledge topics, as well as interested students and zero-knowledge enthusiasts.
Jordi Baylina's Hermez Workshop
We'll be speaking during the presentation of the second day, and right after, our technical lead Jordi Baylina will host a workshop about the zero-knowledge Circom circuits used for the Hermez zk-rollup. Jordi is the creator of Circom, and he’ll go through the details of how we’re writing the circuits of our rollup.
He’ll conduct an open code review with the attendees, as well as announcing a trusted setup ceremony. There will be a bounty for the volunteers that help us review our code. We want to invite you to become a part of these activities.
We recently published our smart contracts after an independent team of experts from Solidified audited them without finding major issues.
